The SBA Loan is in the final approval process. The assessment ($20 additional HOA Fee) will not go into affect until the SBA Loan has been approved.
Pool
The pool is in the final stages of preparation for Inspection / Permitting.

If Owners decide to replace the original wooden doors, the new style and color (white) has been approved and is available in the Manager's Office.
